Architecture

Data architecture

What data the estate holds, where it lives, how long it is kept and how it moves between systems.

Data flows

Controls on personal data

  • Personal pages (account, MyPADI, sign-in) are sent private, no-store, so neither Cloudflare nor Varnish keeps them. A privacy test checks that no cached response carries a cookie.
  • Member data is fetched server-side. The browser receives rendered pages and an httpOnly session.
  • Traces are redacted of emails and member ids before export. Some PADI API paths carry an email or member id in the URL, which is why redaction is needed.
  • The finder copy of PADI Travel excludes personal, banking and legal columns at the source.
